We passed a pleasant couple of hours at the Enchanted Forest Park yesterday afternoon. I was expecting a bit more from the park given its name, but it was nice enough. There was plenty of fairy tale themed play equipment suitable for little ones and older kids, as well as a large open field and grassy areas to run around and kick a ball in. There are also toilets there - important if you're there a while! For me, the best part was half dozen huge trees that the play equipment was built amongst, which formed a gorgeous shady canopy overhead. One of the neighboring properties also had a spectacular old jacaranda in flower.
